Fred King has served as a pastor in The Christian and Missionary Alliance since 1970. He has pastored three churches in Hawaii, one in California, and one in Colorado Springs. He was the Director of Church Planting for the Mid-America District followed by serving as the Director of Church Planting and Church Growth at the National Office of the Alliance, then as Superintendent of the Mid-America District, then Superintendent of the Southern District. He has conducted church planting and church growth academies throughout the United States, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, South Pacific Islands, Canada, Ecuador, Puerto Rico, Russia and various other places. He attended Simpson Bible College then located in San Francisco. Carol is a graduate of the University of Hawaii and was an elementary school teacher for a number of years. Fred and Carol have two sons and two granddaughters all of whom live in southern Alabama.
